Workers from Myanmar are less vocal because it is more difficult for them to seek employment overseas. They are well discipline and very keen to undertake overtime work in whatever that is assigned to them.

We have found the Myanmar workers to be fairly skillful in-spite-of not having modern tools to work in Myanmar. They are very good at learning new skills and have also proven to be good workers. We have deployed pipe fitter, welders, electrician, engineers, technicians in various field.
