CONFERENCE FEE::
Singapore $4,580.00 or (Appr. US$3,600.00) per delegate
Conference Fee - includes conference notes, luncheon, refreshments
and land transportation for group visit to Naypyidaw on Day 3 and
all official functions from May 15 to 19, 2012. This fee DOES NOT
covers airfare and/or hotel accommodation in Myanmar.
HOTEL ACCOMODATION: The organiser encourages all delegates
to book hotel room early as most hotel in Yangon are overbooked. We
have reserved some rooms but will be alloted on a first-come-first-served
basis..
DISCOUNT:
Early bird package: (50 seats only)

on or before 28th February 2012 will receive a Singapore $300.00 discount.
THIRD DELEGATE DISCOUNT:
For every two confirmed delegates within the same organisation, the
third delegate will receive a Singapore $200.00 discount if registration
is done at the same time.
CONFIRMATION:
All registrations received will be acknowledged by invoice via fax
or email for payment instruction of fee. Registration is not confirmed
until payment is received. Upon receiving your payment confirmation
letter with full details will be forwarded within 7 days. Please contact
us if you did not received the confirmation via email to william@frc.com.sg
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation will be accepted if received in writing three weeks prior
to the start date of the forum. A cancellation fee of Singapore $300.00
will be charged. After this date you may elect to nominate a replacement
or to receive the conference documentation, but no refund will be
made.
REGISTER EARLY:
Due to limited capacity at conference venue and hotel accomodation,
you are encouraged to register early. Early Registrant will also have
advantage of arranging Business to Business match-making arrangement.
